• A deposit or advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be completed by the deadline specified for each package.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

  Prices & Inclusions

• Prices are subject to change based on airline fares, hotel availability, and currency fluctuations.

• Package inclusions (flights, hotels, transport, meals, visas, etc.) will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

 

  Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the specific package policy.

• Visa fees, airline tickets, and certain services may be non-refundable.

 

   Visa & Documentation

• Customers must provide valid passports, photographs, vaccination certificates, and other required documents on time.

• Horizon Tours & Travels assists with visa processing but is not responsible for visa rejection or delays by authorities.

 

  Travel & Accommodation

• Hotels and flights mentioned in packages are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives will be provided if necessary.

• Room sharing (double/triple/quad) is as per package selection.

• Flight timings and routes are subject to airline schedules and changes.

 

  Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Horizon Tours & Travels acts as an agent between the traveler and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local authorities.

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political issues, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Travelers are responsible for following local laws, visa regulations, and health guidelines during their journey.

  Health & Safety

• Pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit to travel and perform Hajj/Umrah.

• Required vaccinations and medical certificates must be obtained as per Saudi regulations.

• Horizon Tours & Travels is not responsible for health-related issues during travel.

 

  Code of Conduct

• Travelers must maintain respectful behavior throughout the journey.

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the group without refund.​
