Welcome to The Divine Travels. By engaging our services for your sacred pilgrimage, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a journey planned with absolute care and trust.
Booking Conditions
All bookings for Hajj and Umrah packages must be accompanied by accurate personal documentation. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure accommodations and exclusive routes. Final payment is mandatory 60 days prior to departure to ensure seamless pilgrimage execution.
Visa & Documentation
The Divine Travels acts as a facilitator for visa processing and document attestation. While we uphold the highest standards of editorial care in managing your credentials, we are not liable for decisions made by embassy officials or governmental hallowed regulatory bodies.
Liability & Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain the sanctity of the pilgrimage and adhere to local laws. The Divine Travels shall not be held responsible for personal injury, lost baggage, or delays caused by third-party carriers. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every artisan journey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 90 days prior to travel will receive a partial refund, minus administrative and booking fees. No refunds are possible within 30 days of the journey due to prepaid sacred site logistics and premium accommodation commitments.
